QUALITY

As a Récoltant Manipulant house, Vollereaux oversees the entire process from estate-grown fruit to bottling. Grapes are hand-harvested and pressed using both modern and vintage equipment. The wines then rest in their 200-year-old chalk cellars for more than twice the ageing required by appellation rules, with non-vintage aged for at least three years and vintage for six.
