WAREHOUSE EXPANSION FOR EWGA
WAREHOUSE EXPANSION FOR EWGA
EWGA, which was founded in 1972, is adding 5,000 sq ft to one of its bonded warehouses near Carnforth to provide additional space for both its national business and for Leeds-based wine importer Bottle Green, which uses EWGA for its national storage and distribution.
The business currently employs 26 staff and last year acquired No 9 Wines in Hertfordshire.
As well as its warehouse and wine storage facilities, EWGA also has wholesale, trade, retail and agency division.
Managing director Adrian Moeckell said: "I am immensely proud of the outstanding team of staff we have developed over the last 15 years. There are no real barriers to future growth as the UK and European economies recover."
EWGA was founded by Pamela and Gerald Moeckell and relocated to purpose-built facilities in 2007. Adrian Moeckell is the son of the founders. https://www.insidermedia.com/insider/northwest/113486-warehouse-expansion-ewga
