Tasting Notes
Deep crimson red. Aromaas of ripe plum and blackberry fruits with a perfect marriage of chocolate vanilla oak. A full-bodied wine displaying great palate weight, length, and structure. Juicy berry characters are complemented by spicy flavours and ripe, supple tannins. The oak delivers persistence of flavour and length. The fruit is carefully selected, and the old vine Shiraz typifies the generous varietal characters of the Barossa. Rated as outstanding and given 96 points at the Decanter Australian Shiraz tasting in June 2018.
